See 3rd angle ko feed karwana isn't something new. Seen in Uttaran & many shows. It's about the emotions involved in it and the relationship you share. Also BTS dekhe nehi lagta hai ki Sai's infront of them. So I don't see jealousy thing. Manh it should get cleared what they want in the show. I personally expected him to feed her during surrogacy track. I knew they'd show this once for sure.
