A public figure is someone who knowingly and willingly signs themselves up to be in the public domain. Aryan has not done that yet.

Post Rishi Kapoor's death, Ranbir looks much more unmanageable and it seems like no one could really comfort him the way he needed, neither his mom nor his wife. Even Nitu seems to be happily moved on pretty fast. During such stage it becomes easy for any lonely person to start taking substances like alcohol or anything that would keep him distracted. I'm saying 'lonely' because Ranbir is in fact still alone despite of getting companies due to his wrong decisions in his initial life.

Since the beginning it always looks like Alia doesn’t care much about how Ranbir goes through emotionally. As everything always came easily to her, so she could never come out of the bubble of her own La La Land. Hence she always keeps smiling even during those moments when Ranbir looks heavily depressed sitting beside her.

Maybe one of the big reasons why Ranbir could never connect with Alia totally (apart from age gap) is that they are emotionally incompatible with each other. Everytime they smile together while clicking a pic, it looks forceful from Ranbir's side. It was never the case when he was with DP or Kat, especially with Kat he used to look naturally the happiest.
