Mehak and Shaurya got married. Shaurya is not in good terms with his twin Veer, who is a doctor by profession and resides in London. It's been 7 long years since they met. Karuna who has been yearning to see her elder son, invites him to attend Shaurya and Mehak's wedding. Though he miss to attend the wedding, Veer arrives at Khanna mansion to meet his mom and the newlyweds. Mehak shares an embarassing moment with Veer as she mistook him as Shaurya. Veer tries to be amicable but Shaurya is in no mood to patch up with his brother. Mehak is in a dilemma, as she is unaware of their past and reason for their seperation. Shaurya doesn't spare a moment to share his thoughts with her . Tension builds between the couple. Veer decides to fly back , against his Mom's wish. Two days prior to his journey, Veer gets injured. Shaurya who is worried about his brother, tries his best to conceal his concern. An argument with Mehak, gives him a reality check. He pays a visit to his twin.
