I think Savi is waiting with Usha moushi in the car .. or somewhere..when virat tells her to leave the hospital .. she goes back to them . Abd is naming plans to go to Simla .. when she’s attacked by kankauli goons .. Kyu i dont know they followed her here .

so maybe jagtap saves them.. he was guarding Savi ..and virat comes back to call them over ..he has seen the change in vinu .. so makes a call to get her back
