They have every right to blame audience. If audience can say anything they want then so can actors.
Especially if they tried something fresh, different or innovative and worked hard.
Audience is not always right. Guru Dutt committed suicide after failure of Kaagaz ke Phool.
It hurts when labour is unnoticed or losers cannot understand your work and vision.
It is also hypocrite to later claim film is cult classic.
Love people have for AAA, Swades, Agneepath, Hera Pheri, Jaane bhi do yaaron now, shows the audience is stupid and fickle. Why these films flopped earlier?
And why blame actors and makers for formula films if you make their work flop or average if they try something unique.
Kay Kay Menon once said he had lost respect for audience and I think he was right.
