Dud I don't think you understand the ABC's of a hangover. It happens hours after the alcohol wears off. You cant get hungover at a party. Once again stop defending him tooth and nail. Hangover happens some hours after drinking. Not AT a party.

Even getting visibly inebriated at a party is considered badly behaved after a certain age.

He's well into his adulthood.

Either this is alcoholism, which is a disease which needs to be treated. Or it's poor behavior.

This is not something that can be dismissed as *everybody does it.* No, everyone doesn't do it.

Since we don't know the exact time. Hours, minutes, and seconds at which this picture was taken. Its clear from the party but nothing more is known

He is just drunk. People do get drunk at parties. I though that was common practise

I don't drink. But I have been to my share of parties. I know exactly how a hangover works.
