Have you watched any series on Hulu? Now that I have it for over a year for Hotstar, I am thinking to watch some other series on it too. I watched Modern family a few months ago but gave up in between.

I also tried Switched at birth, but boring beyond S1, in fact so much drama that it reminded me of ITV shows.

Today, I tried 'Baby daddy' but it's really a second hand copy of Friends meet BBT meet How I met...🤔

i don't have hulu so idk what kind of shows they have there

but i watched switched at birth season 1 back when it aired on tv for the first time. didnt know they had multiple seasons lol

lol gotcha.

yeah the concept was intriguing ok. but beyond that it was just drag and drama. like boyfriend snatching, jealousy and stuff.

maybe i'll just re-watch older star plus shows. sitara zindabad, kitni bhi galiya do, ana yahi padta hai😆

Ikr? Sitara shows are still far better than most other channels 😆

i cried a lot last night watching the finale episode of rwsp. will post the review later today because have to finish some work before that. anyway for now sharing this clip of sumsum that broke my heart yesterday

ps: i agree with the caption, still hoping that those news of her going to BB are just rumours and she doesn't go there 😭 this girl is too young and soft hearted for a toxic show like BB

Yeah, she seems emotional and overwhelmed to handle all of what is happening at such a young age. which is why it is even more important she has her parents with her so they can guide her to 'choose well'. right now it looks like she is set on a path as told by those around her whoever that is. and now that you brought her up, let me say this too, idk why she reminds me a lot of a couple of Hollywood teen actresses who got fame young and then made certain choices (i want to say 'wrong choices' but will not say it for now.). Hope she handles her life well 👍🏼

Saw this earlier this morning but didnt post since i thought you probably already saw the show.

Pranali and HC were another couple sitara tried a lot to push and garner buzz from (think we had talked about it back then, in fact you had brought it to my notice if memory serves), thankfully looks like either the actors refused to keep it on or clarified their stance, but it stopped. Unless I am missing something lol

i disagree with the part about her being set on a path decided by others. yes, she has been part of the industry since a very young age but she has done a good job at choosing her projects so far despite not knowing anyone from the industry and achieved a lot. Through Imlie and rwsp, she has made some strong and honest bonds, be it FK, Atif, Rupali, Ulka, Neelima Singh, Arjun etc. So I'm still optimistic about her future projects and trust her gut feeling in choosing what's the best for her. Speaking about parental support: her dad has also moved back in mumbai with her because she's in a more stable financial position so now she'll have even more support

@hollywood teen actresses: again i disagree, she's no way any similar to those. yes she's emotional, but still i have witnessed several instances where she has shown far more maturity than others of her age. also she didn't get the fame as 12/14 year old like many disney stars, rather she had her fair share of struggle in that age and finally started seeing the fruit of her hardwork in the ~1 year. so i'm hopeful that she'll be able to navigate any challenges she faces now with this new fame and will know how to handle herself

You are fine. And you see, this is exactly why I avoided talking about my perspectives about them for so long and maintained no comments because I knew there will be disagreements and no matter what people get offended. Which is understandable. My apologies if I hurt you, but that is just how I see it.

@projects - i was talking about her work post imlie only, about BB rumors.

@parents - good to know her dad moved in, hope she gets that security now which is necessary for teenager kid her age.

@H'wood - again like i said, i expressed a hope she handles it well. I will be happy in her success and wish her well 😊
