Ok let me confess, yesterday's Virat Pakhi scene is a milestone scene in Ghum. Ask why?

Because Pakhi was seen for the first time being ONLY his friend. This is the first time, she UNDERSTOOD his love, FELT his pain and WANTS to help him handle his heartbreak. Like Sunny does. She was just being his Sunny yesterday. Observe her from the time she comes back to the room. She doesnt tresspass his personal time/space and tries to leave. Only when he hurts himself she stops him.

For the first time, she didnt cross her boundaries with him...the touches had the same meaning of consoling a person. It came from a genuine place. She either minsunderstood his love for Sai or underestimated it before. Always felt he had a place for her in his heart. But for the first time, she accepted and understood fully why Virat is pained by Sai. Her dialogues have so much meaning. That she finally understood them. Like Sunny.

Also, see how she consoles him. She said "mujhe bura lag raha hain". She said she feels bad for him. Usually she says it gives her pain to see him like that, she cannot fulfulll his emptiness...it used to be always in a lover mode. Now she spoke like a concerned friend. Finally.

This scene reminded me of another scene post Sandanand meet when she was in red nighty and badmouths sai in the corridor. Virat tells her that it pains him immensly when she talks ill about Sai. She never understood what he felt for Sai that day and questions him back asking what about her?. But yesterday she understood that pain.

Coming to Virat, I dont know why we think he can cross the line with Pakhi. I know they are in marriage but I see NOTHING between them. Especially yesterday, even if he had hugged her, Pakhi would have pulled herself away. As I said there was nothing but friendship for her side yesterday. Aish potrayed it beautifully. Contrast this to her vulnerability and insecurities the previous episode when she first saw Sai and when she asked explanation from Virat. If you observe you can see how differently she operated.

So yeah dont panic, there is NOTHING between them to even initiate a hug. Even if they hugged yesterday I would have felt Sunny and Virat hugging. It was that PURE. For once we have to accept that Pakhi has changed.

This is me writing after watching that scene multiple times. Please watch again and dont FF.

instead of replacing gashmeer with a good actor... they brought a new ml....it was the greatest blunder they did...

Did you watch UD new generation....the actress playing naaz is doing wonderful job as grey character....pakhi was a character like that...and here they ruined everything onscreen

Yes, she was playing the role that Sunny would have played if he was present.

Mujhe tumhare liye bohot bura lag raha hai. I couldn’t take that line lightly because she has said that to him in the past and not in a good way.

Gashmeer is a good actor. People liked him. The casting was okay. But, they made a mess.

Current gen is very miscast. I mean, the lead ain't giving imlie vibes. Looks forcefully innocent.

I like megha. But, she's not giving imlie vibes.

Typical drama with cliche plots.

I know. but at the time she was plotting and misleading his mind against sai. here I dont see that intention.

Will watch like that hero a lot .. cute guy
