Like someone mentioned there is too much of a Sir,Madam culture and fawning. There is too much hierarchy there.

All the talk of modernism and equality is all bs by these folks.

Most people watch these shows for the entertainment while before COVID there was a sense of aspiration to become like them. Most now watch to make fun of them or bitch about them. The bottom line is all these are shallow entitled folks but the show has all elements of entertainment, gossip, affairs, bitchiness, great clothes and sets, that is why these shows do well

@bold: u summed it up so well! and the very reason why its on top 10 on Netflix since its debut.
