I think they both love eachother. Ak love is pure but Abhi love is like moon with little bit daag of insecurity. It doesn't mean he doesn't trust her or his love. Because of his past exp with AK and his family he is scared. He wanted her to choose him blindly like he chose her family. It's not a crime. Everyone one have a bad habit or negative thing in them and Abhi have is his insecurity we can't blame him because it's what he got from his relationships.
After meeting AK he submitted himself completely to her. So he is expecting that same thing from her. It's not like u ditch ur family and come to me. It's like he is scared will she leave me and go to her fam.

She didn't even say anything about Khera's truth, even from precap it seems like she just went away from Abhi to search for evidence in favor of Kairav and when she has got it, she is now back.. So what is Abhimanyu supposed to think. And this insecurity trope is really too much.. What has happened to Abhi's clever mind? Can't he work out that just to help Kairav she didn't need to sell her voice. And that Khera lied to him once, Abhi should know he won't be telling full truth now.. Then how does Khera know Akshu ditched him in OT?? Dimag kaam karne ke pehle Manju ko attack!
And that Mahima is terrible to watch.. Her antics are beyond the limit.. She was looking like a rampaging rhino and brought on Manju's heart attack.. Why is this Abhi who didn't care for his family that much and was a loner, so much in love with his family now?
