I think they both love eachother. Ak love is pure but Abhi love is like moon with little bit daag of insecurity. It doesn't mean he doesn't trust her or his love. Because of his past exp with AK and his family he is scared. He wanted her to choose him blindly like he chose her family. It's not a crime. Everyone one have a bad habit or negative thing in them and Abhi have is his insecurity we can't blame him because it's what he got from his relationships.

After meeting AK he submitted himself completely to her. So he is expecting that same thing from her. It's not like u ditch ur family and come to me. It's like he is scared will she leave me and go to her fam.

I agree with most of your points. Communication is a major gap between the leads which they keep showing. It was fine in the beginning. But they have to show some growth in the leads as a married couple.
