Hard to say. She doesn't seem to know what exactly her brother has done to get Akshu to sing for her.

She is selfish and thinks only about her "career" and cries about her "hard work" when she hasn't done anything but stand there and hide behind a face mask because she has stage fright in lipsyncing to Akshu’s voice. She cries when Akshu isn't found as who will sing for her.

So she is definitely selfish. I don't think she is evil but she may be passive aggressive?
