Yes.. I want them back to normal next week.. Fahad will not leave Basit anyway.. Like Twerps said.. Fahad knows and understands Basit better than the other way around..

Yes...this whole mess is being created simply to bring out Basit's issues. I just hope the mess is resolved quickly.

If I may wax eloquent about Feroze for a moment here, Feroze is really like water at times I feel. Like obviously he is good looking. There is no doubt about that. But in different roles, even his looks seem to change. Adeel in Gul e Rana has a steeliness to his looks that bring out the selfish streak in him. Mir Hadi in Khaani looks like a snake, a very good-looking snake. You don't see goodness in him. Just arrogance, cruelty and passion. Armaan in Dil Kya Karey is such a boy next door. Relatable, dependable, scold-able. And now Basit in Habs is like a mature guy, handling a lot of responsibilities from a young age (in terms of the business). It is there in his looks, the employer you will love to work under, the business partner you can trust. I don't know how he does it. Even as Basit, there are times when he turns soft as water at moments when he is has feelings about Ayesha, his wife. It is magic, seriously, watching him do that.

So true with how you described Feroze. He just fits into different characters so seamlessly that they seem like different men.

I actually like him best as both Armaan and Basit. Armaan was so likeable, the ideal man a girl could ask for. However, I felt his character to be very uni-dimensional. I think the female lead in the show didn’t do him justice, there was something lacking in their chemistry.

Basit on the other than is a very layered character. Like someone already said, he’s complex without being toxic. And yes, he can be both firm as a boss and soft as a lover. He’s solid and dependable but can also be emotional and vulnerable. He can be possessive and charming. I’m waiting to see his protective side towards Ayesha 🥰

Any guesses on what could prompt Basit to show his protectiveness towards Ayesha? Let’s cook up some scenarios! Also do you think Basit and Ayesha have kissed or made out? ☺️

I hope I have tagged the right people 🙈 Others please feel free to join in❤️

I believe he only knows facets of her, he’s fond of the idea that she’s a good sister, daughter and wife but that’s not the whole of her.

They have a long way to go especially in terms of understanding each other. Ayesha is guarding herself and not showing any vulnerability to Basit and unless she lowers down her guard, he cannot reach her.

Both Ayesha and Basit need to work on their communication and strengthen their relationship.

I liked your interpretation saying infatuation and attraction ♥️♥️ ( I think this from the very beginning)

And yeah totally agree ayesha needs to lower her guard for this relationship to be initiated and continued.

Thank you for the appreciation ❤️ The main reason I use the term infatuation and not love is because love is selfless, while infatuation is selfish. Basit is possessive about Ayesha and wants her for himself (not blaming character considering his past experience and trauma) but he needs to learn to let her become her own person.

He wants to show her affection but in return expects her to not oppose his decisions. A small example would be the job situation, Basit right now doesn’t fully understand that he needs to compromise on certain situations too for Ayesha to feel secure in opening up. Although I believe his character has progressed remarkably in the last few episodes.

I think Basit is growing fond of her, getting used and attached to her presence. He is allowing himself to trust her advise, listen to her. He can sense she honest and has good intentions. She is caring. He has appreciation for all this. I think he wants to make the best out of his marriage as divorce is not an option for him. He is committed to make the best out of it all.

At the moment, I think he is not angry yet. He feels left out. He senses and knows something is up. Why is Ayesha not sharing details with him, not opening up to him (whereas he has opened up and shared his deepest worries and grief with her) is something he does not understand. He wants her to trust him too. And why not, he might wonder? He is a trustworthy helpful guy.

Next week, according to promo's he will be very angry. Still, I do not want it to be because he suspects an affair between Ayesha and Fahad.. I would like it to be anger for not being included, for not being trusted. the 2 people he put his trust in, keeping secrets from him feels like betrayal.

With regards to English novels, I know nothing.. but I know Twerping and Sarcy do.
And I could hook you with others, who are not active on this thread if you would like that.

Have you read a lot of English books already or would you like to start this?

We have made comparisons with Pride and Prejudice and Habs. It is one of my favorites..

Have you read this classic? If not, then you should do this ❤️

Oh how beautiful you are dear

I think it's our first interaction and totally agree with all your interpretation

I second you I want basit's anger to be out of him being left out or not to be trusted from them and not about suspicion.

Your description of basit feelings towards ayesha is great loved it

About novels I have read some like thousand splendid suns - the kite runner - Anne - soul of butterfly

Pride and prejudice I have read many years ago

Thanks alot dear ❤️
