kjo has been trying since the opening of his show's new season to create a...discussion around the nepotism in telugu(and other southern) industries. But sadly for him nobody picks up on that😆

but the question also remains,if the nepotism is as high in Hollywood and in southern India as it is in urdu movie industry

It’s rampant. Then the outsiders bring a dozen or so people themselves 😂

Nepotism is everywhere. Doctors make sure that their children if they take up medicine too are given a leg up in their own hospital or practice. From large corporate hospitals to small clinics in towns all of them are family run.

But and this is a big but.:: The children of doctors to become a doctor has to clear the same exams as general public. Most importantly do their job well to get patients

Companies not just in India but abroad too have nepotism but children become part of the professional management only with due qualification and performance. If they are not up to the standard they are pushed to being just a shareholder while the companies are run by professionals

Remember Ratan Tata and Shapoorji Scion Cyrus Mystry. Mystry was removed from the position of chairman when he didn’t deliver and relegated to being Shareholder

Most importantly none of the children who join a company to work in management will be 10th pass or 12th pass. All have to have done their MBA before they can come onboard

Same is true for lawyers. Indian courts are highly nepotistic. Majority of judges and public prosecutors and defence lawyers related most of the time. But every single guy has to finish LLB LLM and pass the bar exam

Same with chartered accountants. Extremely nepotistic, infact most guys name their firms X and sons. But here again the children have to clear exams

Problem with our Bollywood and South Film industry is that most nepo kids have not studied the profession at all. Has Alia ever bothered to learn acting

Dhirubhai was not educated but he established Reliance through his hardwork. But his sons had to get educated gain experience and then were given charge of the company and when Anil failed he is out isn’t he

Sridevi and Anil Kapoor don’t have formal acting degree but they became successful through sheer hardwork Their children unlike Ambani kids haven’t done any formal training in acting or started from side roles gained experience and then took up Hero / Heroine roles. Hell none of them even auditioned

That is the problem
