If anyone was discussing whether KRK has faced due process or whether KRK is guilty or not, that I get. But no one here is discussing that. It's just petty fights based on some inconsistent nonsense tweets KRK has made, who clearly doesn't have a track record of being trustworthy. If anything he is using the other nonsensical case over the tweets and this Brahmastra angle to distract from the other allegations. Which is definitely fishy to me.

He didn't get arrested for sex assault. He got arrested for insulting the memories of Rishi Kapoor and Irrfan Khan.
