Tell us...tell us! Imlie 2.0 should fail because - Page 2

Imlie 2.0 will be a different set of characters and maybe few from present. We only should hope that to succeed more then Imlie 1.0 only because so many individuals are involved in making the show. We cannot and should never get obsessed with artists as that hampers even story lines at times.

The artists too are at loss when story moves in disjointed way due to TRP consideration.

However Imlie 1.0 detoriated in story telling after initial 6 months of its episodes and the trend kept continuing. To credit of few like Aryan and Arpita or Narmada it got uplifted again... Malini has been absolutely flexible and the key story pusher more then Imlie as it takes lots of guts to turn full vamp.

Imlie 2.0 needs strong script if it has to click well. The producers should not rush push and have this show just continue and rather have a well defined story line for minimum 364 episodes and scripts can fall in place maybe somewhere in between. But story line has to be very strong.

It is unfortunate that the key players all exited or exit the show and we can only wish all the best to them..

I will watch the show if it doesn't have bigamy...the only reason I didn't watch imlie 1 till now...

For very irrational reasons, I want the new show to fail. I am not even a fan of any of the old or new actors, but I would still be happy if the show fails.

Imlie shouldn't have been this popular in the first place with its horrendous storylines over and over. And to see its spinoff also getting sucesss would just be terrible. Of course, I know I can choose not to watch and all that, but we all know how that one goes...

Maybe show ends this week end only or by next week to have season 2 from Oct 1

It won't fail for the following reasons:

1. The show's FD is already divided, and fighting amongst themselves or for the characters. Most people don't seem to realise that writers create characters. Previous FD will probably watch to make the show become a success. Hence proving their point that Aryan contributed to the downfall of the show.

2. Gul has been pulling the same stunt for years, and manages to find an audience who will watch her shows.

3. TRP audience doesn't really care about what is happening behind the scenes so long they get their usual dose of drama, negativity etc.

4. SP totally ignored current FD, the Twitter crowd etc. They must believe in the product to go ahead with Imlie 2.0.

Having written the above, I am an Arylie fan. I have nothing against the show or its ML pre Aryan's entry. This is a story, and we watch based on our preferences. We identify with a character. Actors play many roles but not every character receives the same level of appreciation. Both set of fans have been treated horrendously but instead of voicing out against those who actually take these decisions, both are busy fighting amongst themselves. There is no scope for change. Gul will win. Even if Imlie 2.0 actually does not work out, she will come up with a new project and the cycle will continue.

Well said, people are being dumb and just fighting amongst themselves. I don't give a crap, I will forever ship Arylie and they're my happy every after. The first ML was great no doubt and shared different chemistry with Sumbul but man Fahmaan and Sumbul are something else. I started watching because of Aryan as did so many other people. I hope it flops, I really do. The fans were treated so horribly both ways and they should pay for butchering the characters so.

Imlie Season 2 might just be a Delay Time Period for Gul to bring another New Show. Star Plus would learn only if the TRP drop extremely drastically in the 8:30 P.M Slot, which will lead to Gul losing the Slot. TRP Audience are also very much attached to The Khan Duo's and Mayuri's Top Class Acting, despite the horrible Plotlines, but they may or may not Flip.

Though more of an Atheist, Karma has been a strong Supporter in My Personal and Professional Life until now. Hence I believe Gul's Ego will definitely get her comeuppance - maybe Not immediately. But it is truly disheartening to think how One Narcissistic Producer has toyed with a large chunk of the Populace like this for such a long time period.

Wish all the Leads, Cast and Crew including the OG Team a Less Toxic Work Atmosphere than the one served to them by Gul (pretty evident from the fact that None of them thanked Her in their Farewell Posts), much greater Heights in their respective Careers, Longevity to their beautiful Bonds with each other, and Fulfilment at the end of each day.

The Previous FD supporting this is hilarious - They're extending their support to AryLie's biological Daughter.

It is atleast going to be 'Elder-Sister-ruining-Yonger-Sister's-Life' Story.
