it wont the same impact if he does it, he doesnt have the larger than life appeal

but yes he has given so many years to it and he is producer too so cant not give him

the bigger issue will also be fleshing out that isha character given the amrita one has more appeal

yeh sab balance karke likhne ke liye 2 saal lagenge, means movie will take 2-3 yrs min

because they didnt sort out everthing before like other sequels 😆

unless they have already signed RS which is bigger mess but I doubt

All Ranveer would bring to this movie is his dirty PR and nothing else

Yes, Ranveer has no ego. Probably that is te reason his PR is working over time to proof how he still ahead of Ranbir

If they are actually going to cast another actor to play Dev then I hope they cast shahid or Vicky.

The analogy is wrong because Amarendra Baahubali was supposed to be a lookalike of his son. But who is Prabhas to allow or not allow? SSR is the one and only captain of his ship and he makes his own decisions. Also in south India it works a little differently. They put the story above themselves which is why Jr.NTR willingly played second fiddle to Ram Charan’s character in RRR because they all are aware of the fact that the story is more important.

Whereas here Ranbir is one of the producers and must be a part of the brainstorm team of the movie. If Dev’s character is going to be larger than Shiva, then he should go ahead and play it himself or do whatever is the best fi4 his movie. But whatever it is, Ranveer would not be considered even.

RKR, Nawazuddin, Vicky, ayushmaan, the guy who played Mardaani2 villain etc would be some of the names.

There's a diff between a limited story like Bahubali and trying to build a universe.

From a universe building pov, it would make better sense to have another character play the new male lead.

It's just business.

Am also pretty sure Ranbir will play it himself.😆 BW stars have egos bigger than their business sense.

And yeah, even if RK decides not to do it, I'm 100% certain it won't be Ranveer or Hrithik. Got a small feeling RK doesn't think Shahid or Vicky will overshadow him. Shahid, prob not. Vicky... I think Ranbir and KJo will be in for a rude shock.

But can you imagine Hrithik's screen presence in that role? Nah, not gonna happen.

Re: PR. They all have it, including Ranbir. I remember the post-wedding frenzy of articles about young Adonis.
