When watching today's epi i was thinking why the need to keep the diary with so much concern. i mean its modern time they can easily scan the those pages or document those recipe will test of food going to increase keeping the diary with them 😆

I think Ambar said, Daarji kept the diary because he feels guilty. He had it in his mind to return it to Khushwant's family some day. That's why he did not destroy it. And that's why Ambar is now trying to destroy it
