KD undercurrent are there. I will not deny that but now they don’t “depend” on KD for plots is what I meant. But undercurrents - definitely

One good thing is he is better as father! He is softer towards savi! Today he listened to his wife with patience. When pakhi was showing the haq he was irritated.
He is not considering sai as a good mother and wife. That’s the problem. He should question his husband skills first! 😡

I too thought Vankar had diverged from the time of surrogacy but he wanted to replace michil with someone. So he kind of merged pakhi’s obsession with virat’s kid and virat’s attachment for sahas (michil) into Vinayak track!

He rather deviate from KD. Coz KD was complex n the way story is each char has solid arc. Here he randomly picks tracks halfheartedly executes them n it turns into a bigger mess. Makes no sense, All three characters are nothing like KD n forget about side characters they are props only.
