I think Virat tried to adopt Vinu but could not due to unique laws in Ghum verse that allows only married couples to adopt. So Pakhi must have offered to marry Virat - with t & c of mahaan Chavan - in a complex marriage. Virat would have finally been able to adopt Vinu and find a reason to live. That's why Chavans treat Pakhi like godess because she saved Virat.

That is true. The basic template is ready. I think we can make that out with what happened during surrogacy, right from the cowrie episode.

Some things they may tweak, depending on TRPs but the framework is ready..

So I have completely forsaken KD because mental illness is also common in itv. But mental illness can be a big possibility because Patralekha must have lost her mind due loss of child, her jail Yatra, surrogacy and then she must have also seen Virat in his drunken avtaar.

Her flashback will clear a few questions I have as to why marriage happened. Why?

Also, there are times when I feel that if they don’t show mental illness but a whole plan of Patralekha, it will be easier to phase her out of the Sairat ka equation.

When Vinu’s parentage will be out, he might still be with Patralekha because ‘mental illness’ and vinu gives her joy. For Sairat family to be complete and together, Patralekha has to be out of the equation.
