Yeah I know I am a qh season 1 fan so bear the scars but I'm hoping that SP will try and cash in on arylie and sumaan, if they are alive at the end of season 1 then SP can bring them back as a periodic webseries on hotstar.

The premise of a generational leap for season 2 without sumbul is so weak and surely even they can see that. Also if Gul is writing for her webseries who is working on creating; and casting for season 2 universe? Gul for all her faults, is good at creating universes/characters and casting.SP could end up with a right mess on their hands to replace a slot leader.

But yeah I Have no idea what Sitara or Gulmal is thinking. Because at this point even they should know what they are planning is plain stupid….they saw the hype and the fd Sumaan and Arylie has. I don’t know how they think they can keep up with that much love with new cast and story…….like they are idiots apne hi paraon pe kuladhi mar rahe hain

SP or Gul does not look like bothered about it. I was thinking SP is pure business. Only TRP and slot position matters for them. Till now all shows of SP were axed due to TRP.

With no Sumbul and Fahmaan, SP is going to loose TRP and slot. I don't think S2 will be prime time. SP also knows audience are not connected to Cheeni yet. With Cheeni turning against Imlie, even if fake, will cause uproar among audience, even TRP aunties. Imli is titular character. And as per TRP aunties FL should always be right. I don't think with this plot they will be able to create audience base for S2.

In YRKKH, when generation leap came, audience were already connected to the next gen kids.

Moreover, there are no confirmation of cast or promo of S2 even when S1 is going to end.

In my opinion, S2 may come, but not very soon. SP may wait for some time before deciding on S2. But OFC S1 is ending as confirmed by cast and Gul

PS: for abruptly ending a show with high TRP and slot leader position, online and offline popularity, there must be some underlying issues between PH and SP. We may never come to know that

Both Aryan + Imlie + Malini deserve more good opportunities. Imlie has been a major milestone for everyone including Aditya.

A well defined story / script or an opportunity to expand roles need to exist.

Unfortunately, Imlie's story ended way back. They could have utilized the opportunity of Bhaskar times being media house more effectively... they tried to give Imlie some glamour too.. But soon moved Imlie back to her original Pagdandiya stuff assuming B/C tier cities love her. The saddest part of story line is it didn't give any girl (Malini or Imlie or Arpita) any opportunity to even grow in career. Overall an absolute regressive approach. If Romance was the key element, here too Aditya+Imlie's romance was more with reluctant approach and Aryan+Imlie's as forceful approach. So somehow to large extent due to starcast, they rose above script and performed well. Imlie's emotional transformation has been the plus points due to her agility to be very effective in emotional scenes. Aryan has tried to be quite constraint of late but well executed. Malini excels in the vamp role but it looks overdone with no element of grey or white in it.

Arpita - a well educated girl... why will she wish to be a housewife.

Overall the wrap up process has begun.
