You think she knows about love and sacrifice then why she never showed any care for Devyani as she didn't done anything wrong with Pakhi then why she never supported her love. Being Jealous and rivalry from Sai maybe understandable but if Pakhi is a genuine nice person in real then she atleast had supported Devyani's love because she herself undergone through the same pain of separation in love.
