Part 4 : Confrontation between wolf and sheep

He kissed his phone screen and it tasted sweet Delicacy indeed, he murmured. 😉

All this thoughts about vidhi has become part of Dev's night routine. How beautiful she looks he kept thinking, she is enchanting he accepted. Beauty has always been his weakness and for a beauty like her it wasn't tough to make a place in his mind but she has made a place in his heart. When he first saw her he felt a strong attraction towards her and slowly working with her made him her lover. He was confused he can't love a a girl it's just his needs or beauty he would love to adore it is only attraction, he assured himself.

All this thoughts often became the reason of his sleep less nights . From a few days he can't stop thinking about her.

There was a guest room in the office premises and clients or senior officer used to live there when they visited branch.

He has shifted to that guest house since the project started otherwise he has a bunglow alloted by company. Other employees too have the facilities of quarters provided by company

After a week

There was a presentation for senior officers before producing final ppt to clients . Dev prepared all the things In seminar hall all the team members were present it went well Dev got so much appreciation he said credit goes to the team they deserve all this praises. Day went well and in evening when senior officers left team members were discussing after that this calls for party dev said .

Everyone was happy dev booked a resort fot this and invited all staff for party. In this week vidhi has doubled her hardwork and she even started asking him if he took food or not he thought he must discuss with her what he feels and party will give required atmosphere. After the dinner when she was sitting alone near pool area he came near her

Dev : i would like to sit here only if you allow

Vidhi ; ofcourse sir why not

She is kind of reserved person who hardly jokes with male employees exceept a few close ones she never goes out with a group until it has Suresh Kumar or the whole team is going there. She always keep her guard up ex VP told dev enough about her that she is very sensitive she might not tell but I have understood her she is hardworking but needs little support sometimes lack confidence . But with dev she actually let her guard down he made her feel secure and important she became more confident. Dev didn't realise but he really took care of every small things from her food to commute if someone would make her feel uncomfortable like when in today's s party one senior kept tried to get close with her he sternly gave him warning and last month when they went on office trip somebody was staring at her in restaurant she felt uncomfortable but didn't say just asked other office staff to change places with her but nobody accepted her requested he always kept an eye on her so such incidents never go unnoticed by him so when he entered the restaurant he quickly came to her and asked her to sit near him. And after that he went near that man and ogled at him that he himself lowered his eyes and said in loud wise nobody dares to mess with dsp's family (to scare the indecent man who was ogling at vidhi) she knew it was a lie but not everyone can fight on streets for women's respect but atleast he noticed handled the situation well and did it for her.

When she said thank you he said I would have done this for even a stranger and you are mine ...... awkward pause mine employe.☺️❤️

He didn't realised but he was always there for her be it subtle taunts or such situations. He was her protector. Her aura and innocent beauty always made him protective about her.🥳

Vidhi : sir, thank you working with you has given me a new perspective to everything.

It has changed me personally too i feel more confident.

Dev : pleasure is all mine and winked at her😉

Vidhi : sir can I say something?

Dev : please😃

Vidhi : sir todyin the party you fought with senior officers for me thank you I couldn't say it that time but I actually feel that you are a hero . Always protecting people around you.

Dev : c'mon you are my friend and friendship me itna to Krna pdta hai boss😃😆

Dev was little drunk so he kept blabbering whatever came to his mind.🤪

But you know why he tried to Hit on you because beautiful girls like you catch people's attention easily and when they are close to the boss people hardly think of it is because of hardwork.😳

Vidhi : i am not able to understand what you are trying to say🤔

Dev : means he was just checking if you are willing to do such things for money or promotion

Vidhi : chiii i hate him ,i feel disgusted sir how he can think this about me do I look like one 👎🏼

Dev : no but do you think people who do such things have two horns on their head .or written on their forehead available

Vidhi : no but

Dev : okay assume if I am also that kind of boss who gives promotion on basis of personal favour would you hate me

Such feelings would change my face I will grow two horns ?😕

Vidhi : sir please why you are comparing yourself with such disgusting people I am 100% sure if someday you develop such kind of thought process you will surely have two horns to keep me away from such mess.

Dev: vidhi you are so innocent world has so many wolf who looks like sheep.🥱

What if I am that wolf from your little red riding hood poem( a poem in elementary school you can search it on Google for reference)

Vidhi : I don't know if you are a wolf or sheep but definitely know you can't force a girl never ever even if you are drunk🤔

Dev : if they willingly gave me favors in return of monetary value. Or they are attracted to me. Then?😳

Vidhi : sir out of all the discussion we had i think this one makes me feel little uncomfortable pleas can we stop this.👎🏼

Vidhi wanted to end the discussion but dev was drunk and vidhi realised that also it won't look good if she will sit with him in corner so she tried to get up but he tried to hold her hand. She left and he couldn't even touch her she went near Suresh Kumar and asked him to drop her home.

Party was in full swing whole night people kept drinking dancing enjoyed whole night.

Dev was too angry and hurt untill he received an email form head office
