Part 5 change of heart

Dev got email from head office there were some reports attached to it. Reports were related to account department and some bogus transaction and company found out Suresh Kumar was responsible for this so he was suspended with immediate effect.

Dev was shocked but he has nothing in his hand other than issuing suspension orders.

He straight went to the office and called Suresh Kumar asked him about the report he accepted his mistake he couldn't lie when all the proofs were against him. He took suspension order and left from there .

Next day in morning

On notice board when everyone saw suspension orders it became talk of the town and vidhi was really disturbed with all of this she straight went to dev and asked him he told her what happened exactly

Somewhere she knew he was corrupted but otherwise he was really nice human being, always ready to help everyone , took responsibility of failure and projected his juniors as efficient and valuable employee, never back bites anyone.

So everyone respected him.

Now vidhi was assigned all duties of Suresh Kumar she has to work as PA of VP. not on papers but for somedays untill new PA is assigned from head off,She already knew most of the work so it was easy for her to handle the work. But it was difficult for Dev to spend that much time with vidhi without revealing what's in his mind.

He was really upset after yesterday discussion with vidhi she doesn't have an iota of knowledge about his real intetnions or she is just acting he was unable to conclude.

He so wanted to talk directly with her but if she gets terrified of his real intentions than it would be very problematic scenario as deadline of the project was so near.

He called yogesh ( here yogesh is positive person and close friend of dev also in hr dept of head office)

Yogesh after hearing all his stories told him buddy you need some rest you have overworked yourself. I am going to book a resort for our group. Dev said but project.

Yogesh: we all know project is almost complete and today is Friday three days means you will be there on Monday

And you know you won't be able to focus on work .

Dev : I know but what if head office needs to discuss something for the project you know how important this is .

Yogesh : for your kind information I work in head office and the senior officer who saw your presentation were happy and they also need two three days to analyse all the data in the report so no excuses

Dev : okay then I guess I should come for the trip otherwise i might hurt her👍🏼

See I have some personal work so I will unreachable this weekend and in case of emergency you can call me on ......🥳

He himself didn't knew why he gave it to her trip was planned only to get over his obsession of vidhi now he will keep thinking about her if she won't call he would feel hurt .🥺

Dev went to his home and packed his bags.

He was relieved leaving the place made him calm down he asked driver to put the music on and slept .

He reached the resort by 9 pm Amit yogesh kapil were waiting for him.

They all rarely get holidays when each of them is present

They were close friends since college days and shared each and everything with each other in their what's app group they used to share every major and minor details

First time dev has hidden something from Amit and Kapil . He didn't tell them about vidhi only yogesh knew .

Dev suspended Suresh Kumar due to his corruption but everyone started gossiping when dev anounced vidhi will be his PA , no intern has ever been assigned PA not only PA no important responsibility has been given to any intern , everyone knew . So some said is it because he was coming between them dev sir fired him,

See now it's not even one day and she is sitting on his chair but nobody thought what could she do ?dev ordered her to sit there only and work as PA

Suddenly Suresh Kumar came to collect his belongings back he saw sitting her on his chair , he really felt hurt and left without saying anything to vidhi . Vidhi didn't saw him.

Everyone loves their chair power position so did Suresh Kumar no body dared to sit on his chair in whole office except boss that too rarely when he visited his cabin otherwise whoever boss was used to call them in his chamber.

He came to the cabin saw it and left from there , when he was going outside Dinesh asked sir what happened

Suresh said nothing

Dinesh oh sir this girl trapped you see she didn't even thought once before sitting on your chair 😳

Suresh was already hurt as vidhi didn't call him it was already 6 pm and she didn't even ask him about whether he is okay or not.

This girl I supported taught trusted is doing this with me he murmured .

Vidhi's POV

She got the news in morning and dev immediately asked her to tally all the records and report him before he left for his vacation. She has no time to think about anything else so she couldn't call him and when dev left she got some free time .

She was too tired with all the events and couldn't weave perfect sentence to say first to Suresh Kumar when I got to know that Suresh Kumar is suspended I don't know what should I do , Suresh Kumar was her guide mentor he always explained things to her what will she explain and how that now she will sit on his chair and work on his behalf he was always so confident that nobody can handle his work efficiently and boss can never transfer him in other sections unlike all other employees.

She was so engrossed in her thoughts that she didn't saw when Suresh Kumar came and left

After office hours some of them planned to go to water park for party as they were free on weekends so just tease vidhi archana asked join us we are planning a party this weekend

Vidhi was really disturbed with turn of events she said no please carry on I am busy

They had their breakfast and went to treking.
