It would be good for Karan to understand Param by himself not because Monami makes him understand.
Woh aise nahin hain but situation ne aisa karwaya hoga and then doubting, not enough.
Param has almost raised Karan. Aise me first natural reaction is denial, however strong or rational a person you are or however much you like and trust another person.
Initial reactions. Sorry if they appear too strong. Will share a detailed account.
I am not sure what you mean by Monami making him understand, but if you mean, Monami explains Param's pov then that would definitely not happen. I had already implied that Monami has no idea why Param actually left- I think we all know that her being 'weak' is not the real reason he left- and if anything, Karan would mostly likely be the one who explains Param's point of view to him.
As of now, Karan has already ruled out that there can be no way that his brother had just left out of the blue. There has to be a reason and he believes it wholeheartedly. He's not doubting, really. If you are talking about him saying 'Kaun sahi, kaun galat' it's more of a figure of speech indicating his confusion about what transpired rather than actual doubt.
He trusts Monami in the sense that she wouldn't lie so now, he wants to reach a conclusion where neither of the two are wrong in their stance and hence, why he is constantly thinking that all this must be a misunderstanding. He doesn't want to side against either of them, hence why he wants so badly that this is all just a misunderstanding they never had the chance to talk out.
His first reaction WAS denial and it's still denial. If you remember, when Sid told him about Mission Pari, his first thought was that Sid must not know everything and there must be a reason, which is nothing but denial that his brother could actually be in the wrong this time.
Please don't confuse his confusion with doubt. He is trying to make sense with what little information he has while keeping in mind the image he has of all three of them- Sid, Monami and his brother- which is resulting in a khichdi.
And no need to say sorry. Aisa bhi ho sakta hai ki mera point of view is influenced by my love of characters and jodis. I love Moran toh kabhi kabhi woh bias bhi aa sakta hai despite me trying not to have it in.
As for now, though, Karan is simply on the fence. Do keep in mind that he knows even less than you guys do- as readers.
All he knows is that Param used to work with Juhi, and after she was martyred, he ended up leaving them. And now, that all this probably connects to Mission Pari in some way.
