Her student is or was a mortal and according to Chinese mythology if a mortal does cultivation they can become immortal ( I have seen enough drama's like these to know). He was blind and almost dying when she found him, she asked I think fl master to heal him. As he was a mortal, they were not sure if he was worth saving he could be treacherous. She was telling him, that she did not regret saving him all those years ago and make him her student.

She was a righteous person and horrified of what was happening to her, that is why she was angry with him for the things he did to revive her. He was foolish to listen to the real devil Tai Sui, to bad he was not that powerful enough to destroy him.

He is a newbie, I think his 1st drama was Maiden Holmes which have seen and liked. This guy has potential needs right dramas and directors to hone his skills, just like Wang He di.

Wait till you come around episode 9, one of the best entrance of hero or should I say entry hero has. I wont spoil for you, had repeated that scene so many time. Love all the songs from this show and BG music is so good especially for DFQC.

Dylan Wang was about to be written off because of his last drama, he even thanked the producer by writing I did not disappoint, who had defended him when this show was about to be shot why he chose him to play this character DFQC.
