I don't know anything about ipk kyuki I was also a hormonal teenager who was waiting for 4th twilight to release because finally Edward bella ki sr honi thi (GUILTY ) 🤣🤣 isliye never new the craze of original ASR bas itna pata tha that sanaya and Barun were really famous 😆

LOL no, I don't think any casting decisions can happen without Gul's say.....yeah she was mostly hands off with Imlie overall but the broad story changes deffo don't happen without her approval...she very much was a part of the decision making to drag out Malini shit and to bring in Aryan, I don't doubt that😆....only the actual direction/execution was happening by Atif/Muskaan and they were more involved in the day to day.

Re: IPK....lol I never watched that show either but I was well aware of the psychoticness of that FD cuz har jagah aate the apne IPK ko hail karne in comparison to a jodi😆.....I mainly saw the drama around IPK3 cuz I was an IB audience at that time so all the shows that Gul made after IB, uska drama I saw in real time😆.....IPK3 was one of those - she cast Barun with some new girl and Sanaya fans used to bash her day/night in very similar ways like Jaaniya FD is currently doing....bahut ladti thi Gul with that FD and bajaaoed them in many ways😆....yeh Jaaniya FD ki current dhamkis are very reminiscent of IPK3 fangirls ki dhamkis and the way they used to harass Gul on IG constantly.....

I don't think this is going to change anything for Gul....lol she will still keep bringing her hormonal jodis and manhandling heroes in new shows and the people cursing her now will jump to her new shows the moment they connect with whatever "chemistry"😆....there are always some people or the other around who find chemistry in one of her jodis sooner or later and fall for the same kind of love-hate stuff😆

Yaar here AY, it's all thanks to you that we have that drive with all their scenes - love you for that so much❤️❤️. I just saw a precap on YT where they used the "Oh Saiyaan" song on JB and wanted to cleanse my eyes with the OG Adilie dance on that song. How ironic that despite MD hogging more than half of that dance number and Atif cutting another chunk of their dance, especially the lift, GM and ST were still able to set the stage on fire and showcase their chemistry only with their eyes. Man those 2 really had that innocent yet potent quality to their pair that despite the makers trying their best to keep the scenes platonic, we still would get the palpable chemistry they shared. Aur Arylie ke case main makers bhar bhar ke chipka chipki aur so called "steamy" content dene ke bawajood they both look so thanda and thakele on screen - how ironic

@bold: That's because it was true slow burn chemistry....that entire premise of the situation they were in - married but unable to reveal their truth to anyone and also confused about the connection they shared that kept pulling them back to each other. It was really compelling as a story and beautifully performed by GM-ST.

Hateful people try to dismiss it randomly as a bigamy plot but that is not why the story worked and had high TRPs for so long...lol cuz if that was the case, every show that tried to do this concept after that would have the same TRPs....but it didn't.

Adilie had amazing undercurrents between their relationship which developed as this heartwrenching secret between them....it had this poignancy that an actual dard ka rishta has....unlike the claims Arylie waale try to make in propping up their "story" as some grand second chance angle of "bonding through shared pain"....lol.....bas khokhle bhaashan diye to glorify themselves and phir bhi kuch aatma na bhar sake apni khokhli story mein😆.....Dhruv Tara bolne se dhruv tara ban nahin jaate😆......SHOW, don't TELL....that was the mantra of Adilie and that is why they were an actual bonafide TRP success.
