Dobaara opening weekend > Dhaakad lifetime
After watching the world premiere of Do Baaraa, in June at the London Indian Film Festival, front row... along with Taapsee Pannu, Pavail Gulati & Anurag Kashyap who also did a Q&A after the show, I was very curious to see how it would do commercially, specifically the Indian box office...
...and I'm still confused as to what the result is... 🤪
I mean, I enjoyed it thoroughly, I knew many people would enjoy it, but... (1) the market hasn't recovered, (2) there are gangs out there trying to spoil the prospects of it's success.... but still, I feel kinda let-down by the way this decent film hasn't been given it's fair chance...
The growth does seem promising but will it be enough...??? Either way, I think at the end of the day, when people watch it finally on Netflix, they will realise they made a mistake by not watching it in the theatre.. 🥱

My sis said the same thing. As per her it's actually a very well made thriller that keeps you engrossed with no dull moments. A good Bollywood movie in some time
I plan to watch it next weekend - hopefully it sticks around till then
