Well that shows that the behaviour isn't bothering them, if it was bothering them they would have corrected it a long time ago. They know Ranveers intentions are not bad, yeh he can be a bit over enthusiastic but they can see that he has his heart in the right place

As for why people don't correct, he's a big star. The power differential makes it impossible.

Also, imagine Ranveer doing this to Shaheed or Varun or Ranbir. He'd get punched in the face because they're equals. And he doesn't, which shows he knows his victims won't punch back. So what were you saying about intentions again?

It would be understandable (but still not okay) if he did this with his friends, teammates, etc., but certainly not with men he most likely met first in his life.

Bothering hoga tab bhi kaha he is going to get called out. Every bully or an abuser is a fav in the industry...be it Bhai, Sanjay Dutt, Adi Chopra, KJo, Ranbir, etc to name a few. They all have friends too.

When your fav is wrong...call it wrong. Not everything needs to be defended.

P.S. Kangana is the only bully who may not have many friends in the industry and her actions are called out as well.

Male bonding is much different than that he's doing here.

These are no-name models doing their job, they're not his friends. They're not here to "bond", they're here to model for the designers. He's smacking their butts as if they're on an assembly-line.

Do they risk jumping away from him or even cringing away from him and have their professionalism be questioned, and/or potentially lose gigs for upcoming shows? Or do they stand there and take it even if it makes them uncomfortable?

Either way, that's not a fair position that he placed them in and it's not okay

He is an idiot who doesn't respect personal space of people. People around him have accepted him as he is but that doesn't mean people can't criticize him for being an idiot.
