I have watched Indian Matchmaking. The conversations there are superficial. Everybody talks and acts like super fake. Where is the genuineness?

Rishi had used abusive language against even minor teen girls who made a meme mocking failure of Besharam.

He was rude and never changed despite being called out. Yes he was abusive to Neetu and she bore DV all life just for tag of Kapoor bahu as it upgraded her social stature.

This video made me think about all the Ranbir Alia gaslight-y interactions I had seen.

I'm leaning on the side that if a topic is a sore point for your significant other, then you probably shouldn't joke about that. That alone can worsen the insecurities. Magnify that if thousands of people are witness to said joke

This is not the first time Ranbir gaslit Alia. Check the videos from one of the old promotional events where they went to Kumbh for some drone show. Most of their public interactions are Ranbir making joke of Alia or gaslighting Alia. I am not fond of Alia, but I would like to point out the red-flags for others who are reading.

If this had been a banter between them I would have found that cute... You know a couple making fun of each and teasing each other, husband say something about wife's weight gain and wife tease him back about his receding hair line or dad bod but this was not that at all. From Alia's initial expressions you could tell she was not happy with what he said and it is understandable because she already has body issues and she does work in an industry where you are supposed to look slim and trim ready for the camera even heavily pregnant. Also he said that infront of so many people not in private even a close friend like Ayan was cringing.
