Simply for the audience to connect to the baby girl..it was always said sairat kid will be named Sai.

Vinu is sairat kid but he's sadly tainted in general audience eyes because he grew in vamp's womb and she gave birth to him .

Savi is the rightful one who continues sairats legacy, and is untouched by pakhis vileness.

That's why they named her savi .not Bianca.

So y'all are saying they'd imply Virat didn't care after finding out Sai is alive? Manh I ain't sure if they're gonna degrade V to that degree. How he'd be an ML then. Plus Virat coming across Sai knowing she's dead is a TRP booster track.
