So those who never attended college and are making an honest living, like those blue collar people - the plumbers, the electricians, truck drivers, convenience store owners etc are supposed to pay off the debts of those who attended college but paid no tution?

Anyhow, if tax-payer dollars can pay for stock buy-backs, CEO bonuses, Nancy Pelosi's houses and Trump's golf courses, they can pay off debts for poor people. It's not even a big expense in the grand scheme of things.
