Yes the accident has changed her perspective of vinu s safety. Vinu s safety n CN she may feel with father.

As a doctor she knows during pregnancy mother's health s also at risk.sometimes. and hers was a risky one earlier.

Then she feels Virat has come for vinu and not for her. So she's s ok hiding.

She can't work if she needs to take bed rest.

She can't put burden of 2 kids on Usha Mausi.

She knows if miscarriage happens again Virat will go into shell.

And such factors.

We wanted V to repent what he said but they are giving ulta.. Read he is NOT even moved at all by Sai's death news.. I know when we hear the departure of loved once our mind and brains stop functioning.. I have seen that many people would not even shed tear but there is an emptiness in their eyes.. But here nothing.. Is he going to blame Sai for her death 🤢
