Now coming to Our Hindu religious stories, I have always enjoyed good Ramleela, krishnaleela, Krishna’s stories, Shivji’s stories.
When done with faith, devoid of malicious intentions, it makes viewer, reader, consumer of art of religious stories happy!

When clubbed with hidden narratives, demeaning traits, poking ridicule - it does make one upset! Swabhawik hai.

If we talk just about apna Shiva: his many acts make him enough not be constantly equated with Shivji. Not all the time. For tiniest of scenes.

Also you and i may see malice in a place where others see beauty, does that make their view of things invalid, if i wrote a story put my heart and soul into it but people did not see that and only took offense or thought i was being malicious, are my feeling or hardwork as a creator invalid.

Is this constructive criticism or just projection of our thoughts & opinions onto them?

Im sorry, this is so unrelated but the recent tragedy of a very famous writer is so fresh in my mind bothering me for a few days. How can a person punish the artist for the art they created, who gave them the right to do so, to try and take away their life for their words (that was a tangent, dont mind me)
