Can anyone name a decent release an outsider's gotten ? - Page 10

U asked about a decent release and not hits or flops..

Don't think any outsider has even got a decent debut recently like DP in OSO or Anushka in RNBDJ..and both got decent films even after that.

Tara debuted with a hyped movie but most of the hype was for Ananya..release was decent though movie wasn't good.

Kriti got a decent release in Panipat but it tanked. Kiara is n insider but wish these two girls get better chances and dont go the Parineeti way.

Vidhyut is a good actor...wish some established production makes a good movie with him and do proper promotion

Charisma and talent is the X factor that you either have or don't.

I do not even see any outsider girl make impact like Amrita Rao did with Vivah, Main Hoon na. Forget anyone as charismatic as Aishwarya Rai, Juhi Chawla, Madhuri, Sridevi, Hema, Poonam, Parveen, Zeenat etc of past. They are not even of level of Sonali and Shilpa despite all surgeries.

There is NOT a single male debutant (outsider or nepo kid) who made impact like SRK, Salman, Aamir, Hrithik, Akki did in Deewana, Darr, MPK, QSQT, KNPH, Khiladi, Waqt Hamara Hai. Heck! Even Ajay was more confident and gave a big hit like Phool aur kaante in 1991 despite his looks being no great shakes. Today's even star kids cannot match industry kids of past. Outsiders toh door ki baat hai. They cannot blame audience or internet for own lack of connect, talent, charisma, skill, lack of X factor and zero command over language.

Each and every person belonging to film industry has started as new somewhere, Salman khan first movie biwi ho to aisi was not YRF / Dharma / Rajshri he was a kid of script writer but he started small, then Rajshri 's Maine pyar kiya grabbed him, SRK started in TV and got a break with Deewana-- he was an outsider, Baazigar/ Darr was turning point in his career. Now SRK has kids and we have a perspective in India NEPO Kid. What is wrong in this is that if the kid born to an actor who began as outsider or insider born within film fraternity has potential of an actor why not he participate in films, if he doesnt like Amitabh Bachan's daughter Shweta Bachan was not a movie star because she didnt pursue acting or was interested in a career in film industry. Abhishek pursued acting and was not sucessful being a nepo kid,

Here Ayushman and Kartik are outsiders both have given hits, so once they have kids they will be same Nepo gang. its like saying your father is in a business and you cannot join in because of nepotism perspective from audience.

Its not that Bollywood has not given chance to outsiders, its just that audience has played an important part in making star's and their kids successful.

Outsiders have failed in giving proper Hits that I can list here except Karthik's BB2 for sure is a Hit this year.

How is Ranveer an insider ? He is a classic case of an outsider who has made it on his own talent. In fact KJO has gone on record to say that he told aditya chopra not to cast Ranveer.

Other than Ranveer - Ayushman, Karthik are also good.
