It's not easy to bounce back and entertainment features low on the priority lists

South films are doing well. I don't know who told him they are not. Sita Ramam is getting great reviews. I guess 777 Charlie as well as Vikrant Rona did well too. Vikram, Pushpa, KGF2, RRR have done well. I mean atleast in their language belt they are doing well and collecting good numbers. It also helps that these films are not made on high budgets. In hindi belt other than Bhool bhulaiyya 2 no film seems to have done well

He be like lets blame everything and everyone other than improving the quality of films. Bycott, intolerance reason hogaya now its due to gst haan bhai pehle toh log kisi bhi baat pe tax nahi bharte the. Sab muft mein milta tha na isliye log film dekhne aate the😵

Thats the problem with Bollywood. They are just not acknowledging the problems with content

I've been saying this in every boycott-related thread. Unless Bollywood acknowledges the actual problem, which starts with bad scripts, nothing's changing. Audience has other options now. Boycotters would have little impact if the movie was good.

Bollywood seems to have become completely delusional that they just don't see anything wrong with their content and are busy finding lame reasons and conspiracy theories for the failure of their films. Pandemic might have affected people but if almost all their films are failing so miserably then it's high time they start introspecting. In pre pandemic era their mediocre to completely mindless flicks used to work, so they seem to think their work is quite superior. Now they really need to understand that anything they throw at audience won't work. They really needs some original scripts. It has been trying to copy other industries for too long now.

I don't think the real world audience cares much about the bycotts. Most won't even know there is a bycott going on.

Huh? Which world is he living in? The current releases itself are huge hits like Sita Ramam, Thallumala, Nna Thaan Poi Case Kodu. Vikram was a hugeee hit across South. Kgf, the less said the better.
