To be very very honest though, I prefer the Main na Munh Kholi song to Sanson Ki Mala. Anthony's music has a particular softness to it that creates warmth while the other song is more traditional. On this matter at least it can be said that whatever happens happens for the best! 😳

They mean that Sanson Ki Mala which NFAK sang.. and which was also among Koyla songs? How can that song fit as an OST of this drama?😕

Exactly...Director sahib had possibly initially wanted that as the romance theme song for our Ayet.. Thank God it did not work out...😆

edit: oh and i think it is the RFAK version but either way....end result would have been the same...

I want to listen to RFAK version too. I loved Kavita's version the most. ❤️ I am a big fan of her.. so I don't know if I am going to favour RFAK version on hers, but I really want to listen to it.

I heard the version from spotify.. accha hai... but I am still glad it didn't become the ost for this drama. I haven't heard KK's version...will give it a listen

It was a kachra movie..horrible to the power of infinity. The song isn't original I guess , they took it from somewhere..I will he quite shocked if it's from Koyla😆

hehehe...haven't watched the film...it released when I was very young and was a pretty big hit, I think.

Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan's version is possibly the earliest. Kavita Krishnamurthy sang a version for Koyla. After awida mentioned it, I checked it out. Accha hai. 😆
