Which movie would be/remain the highest grossing film of 2022?

The Kashmir Files till now is the highest grossing Bollywood film in India this year, with lifetime collections of 246 Crores nett.

The reasons I think the above mentioned movies have a chance to beat TKF and become the highest grossing film this year are:

Laal Singh Chaddha: Stars Aamir Khan, would get advantage of Independence Day and Raksha Bandhan (Festival).

Brahmastra: Highly anticipated film. Would be promoted extensively because the makers have to recover the budget. Ranbir and Alia together could manage to get a good opening.

Vikram Vedha: Remake of a Tamil film which is highly critically acclaimed. Also a massy action movie with Hrithik in the lead role. Would get advantage of Gandhi Jayanti, Durga Puja and Dusshera.

Ram Setu and Thank God: Ram Setu stars Akshay Kumar and the director is Abhishek Sharma (Parmanu and Tere Bin Laden fame). This is an action adventure film and the story would have a connection with Ramayan which could generate the attention of Indian audience

Thank God is a comedy movie starring Ajay Devgn and Indra Kumar is the director (Dhamaal fame). Both movies are releasing on Diwali clashing with each other. Although neither of these movies are highly anticipated, but would get Diwali holiday advantage so they do have a chance to be a huge grosser, if they're well made films.

Cirkus and Ganapath: Cirkus is a comedy film starring Ranveer Singh and the movie is being directed by Rohit Shetty who has proved himself enough times in the comedy genre and also at the box office.

Ganapath is an action thriller movie starring Tiger Shroff. Director is Vikas Bahl who has made films like Queen and Super 30. Both movies are releasing together on Christmas so would get huge holiday advantage.

Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali: Movie stars Salman Khan. Would get New Year holiday advantage. Farhad Samji is the director who has given one Super Hit with Housefull 4 and one Flop with Bachchan Pandey.

If you think any other movie releasing this year could be the highest grosser, vote for the last option and share in replies telling the reason.

Either LSC or Cirkus. On paper these two have the best shot at beating TKF record. If neither of these movies can’t than TKF will be the biggest grosser. I don’t see any of the other ones making it that far.

Bhool Bhulaiya isn’t the highest grosser. The Kashmir Files is. Question is which one of these movies will beat TKF? Will any of them beat TKF?
