Moreover, I had read some time back that she was getting movie offers from her first movie Article 15 makers; but then as she was busy with Imlie she had to turn down those offers.

I actually kind of became sure about generation leap after the sbs video posted yesterday. It further got strengthened with the TRP today. With this TRP, the show cannot shut shop and since Sumaan are unwilling to play parents, they chose this. What they could have done is end season 1 with AryLie happily ever after and bring season 2 with fresh storyline and Sumaan as the leads.

Gul is such an egoistic lady who will never go for it. Who better than Barun-Sanaya fans & Surabhi fans knows it better. But then, it is also not fair to the actors who are passionate about their job and want to explore more opportunities than get typecasted in ITV shows which runs only on TRP ratings which till now is in favor of regressive saas-bahu shows. 😡

Also, I was going through some TC news on SP shows offaired last year and found out that the same unexpected news happened with MHRW last year, as their reason too was low TRPs even when it was the slot leader majority of the time. Hence, I was checking the timings of the offair news given by TC and the exact date it went offair. Found out that TC put out the news around mid of July and the show went off air mid November. Also now, with KBC starting and having 85episodes per season, SP's shows from 9pm - 10.30pm are already under threat of decreased ratings till end of November. In such a situation, I don't think SP will think of taking an additional risk with 8.30pm slot right now. Which means there are chances that Arylie might last till November, thus completing 1yr of Fahmaan in the show & also completing another 310 episodes after his entry. Maybe why some of the casts & crews were denying the offair news. I hope Gul will atleast be meherban with us & her OG Arylie team on that part and give Arylie a proper closure.

I am also expecting a proper closure for Arylie that can't be achieved in just a month. Atleast more three months is needed by your logic we may get that but I just hope they would not go in FF mode again.

I am keeping my fingers crossed....the girl is so talented that if she decides to stay back, it will only make her career stagnant. Because, the show is again going to be a tale of two cousin sisters and there will be nothing more than what she portrayed in the last 2years. 😏

They should just announce it as new serial but maybe producers do not wish to loose the prime slot.

It is not about lead actors not wishing to play parents role... Am sure being actors... all have to act any type of role... but really nothing is left in serial. Cheeni has become front end and even there how long can they show her trying to unite both Aryan + Imlie.

The problem has been even with viewers as all never wished them to seperate out... and with that perspective... the show ended way back.

1st ending in December last week (Aditya+Malini marriage)

2nd ending (Aditya exited to Australia after Malini pardafash)

3rd ending (Ms Universe pardafash

nothing left in serial...

Actors have their own life and they have to move beyond serials.

Shahrukh Khan moved so much ahead in life... so every thing has an end...

Am sure all actors and even Directors will do well in life... All the best to them..

I think only Malini will continue in new serial considering her flexibility to do any type of role...
