Anupama Makes The Difficult Choice
At Hospital Shah family members see signs of flicker of movement in Vanraj and feel he might be recovering . Vanraj gets cloudy recollection of the recent past .

Van speeding Anuj’s car and Anuj ordering him to stop
Theu walk to the cliff and get into argument .Van accuses Anuj of stealing his family . Asks Anuj to stay away from his family , he disliked families meeting at every festival . Anuj states he too disliked their frequent meetings as it caused bitterness. But families had close ties .
Vanraj orders Anuj to stop this family meeting all together .
Anuj argues that one could not be so extreme. Anuj states one had to be practical when dealing with families .
They get into heated argument .

Vanraj is disturbed n agitated , the nurses n Doc come rushing n give extra medication to calm him.
Shah family members are very concerned . Anupama consoles upset Kavya .
Anupama is informed by Doc that Anuj had developed clots in his brain, he needed surgery . Ankush is skeptical and feels brain surgery too was dangerous . Anupama takes the decision for surgery . She pleads Doc to save her husband .Anupama and both families watch unconscious Anuj in the ICU and BG song plays …” O Anupama , tu mera dill ….”
Anupama is sure Anuj will come out of this as he was a fighter .

Surgery is performed and Anuj remains critical and unconscious .
Vanraj recovers and Docs allow his family members to meet him. He recollects he pushed Anuj off the cliff , he gets restless.
Tearful emotional moments as family members meet Van lying on the bed .Anupama prays for Anuj and over hears Adhik and Ankush discussing the business handling in absence of Anuj. Anupama over hears them n glares at them.
