Kuch nahi hotah

I dont think at this stage even they are even expecting to bring in 300 400 crs ...that kinda stardom was over for them long back and they know it . At this juncture in life all they care about is legacy which is what being attacked right now

Contrary to what people assume..audience has not brought BW down on its knees coz of religion, nationalism, patriotism etc..ya twitter trends mention these issues but for a major chunk of audience..the youngsters and people in their 30s n 40s..this isn't the reason.

This particular audience has stopped supporting BW after June 2020

Why do you think that is?

Making bad films is an excusable offence

Slapping directors and stopping them from working (slb during padmaavat), threatening to behead actors (deepika - padmaavat), running a mass boycott campaign for films that have several hard workers and strugglers also working on it , …All of this much before the film even released and they have no clue abt the “offensive” content in the film …

These are far worse offences …

These are all SOP to hype up the movie bybthe makers themsleves.

Gala katne wale kat rahe hai every week ek do ka...deepika is still making movies and roaming freely in the country.

BW actors come and go, no one cares about legacy. They are not Nelson Mandela or Einstein. They are only entertainers, people forget once they are irrelevant. It happened with Dilip kumar, Dharmendra, and Rajesh Khana. People seldom remember them

Yep. We millennials who made them, are tired of the pretentious stuff BW keeps churning out.

Hum log TV pe Panchayat, Gullak etc dekhke Khush hai. 😃

The resentment has been buiding up and it blew up after sushant. Amir khan played a key role in opening the eyes of the audience especially after PK. His bigotry was unmissable in that movie. His downfall started from then onwards and aided the sentiments against the rest of the bollywood also

That’s not true.

Dangal came after PK and even that was biggest blockbuster. Dangal is still one of the best movies Bw churned out.

Times are that even stars don’t work. BW needs to go back to their writers and bring in the BW factor.
