Kunal praises Ak that she sings very sweet and he has listened to a live voice after many years. Abhi says they meet at 10am next day. Kunal says tomorrow is Rakhi. Ani says if my brother is fine we will adjust timings. Kunal says we can adjust timings. Neil says you are giving much importance to Rakhi than other festivals .Kunal says it's a festival of Bhai behn. Manish says when we heard first about you our hopes are restored. So whole family thanked Kunal for coming back to heal Abhi.Kunal liked Ak voice which he said i heard a sweet voice after many years. Might be some voice related past or he has closed himself alone in his life not coming out to world due to an issue in his life.
He has sentiment for Rakhi and sister. So a sister backdrop story for him to stop his career.

Abhi opens a coke can on his own with his right hand slowly. He sits on a high chair. He sips it and Ak comes from back asking you are doing party here alone. She gets another high chair and shares coke with him. Abhi says it's celebration of hope.

Ak says drink oath of can and after surgery you take a bike and go to patients in hospital and do pach puch pichak of body parts of them in OT . Abhi teases her you made my hard earned work in pach puch pichak. Abhi says Ak that I am dying to go to OT. You know how excited I am to heal my patients and help them , their families. Abhi says that if kunal khera says good news i will tie rakhi. Ak smiles happily seeing his hopes back.
Till now abhi lost hopes and seeing happiness in Ak happiness and pushing her for her career.

Manjari says Kunal looks a good man. Harsh says i asked him fees and he told don't talk about it now. In this field without advance none takes case and speak. Kunal said money is not important. Manju says let kanhaji give him happiness. This man has left his field long back and he came for Abhi. Manjari says it's all because of Ak afforts. Harsh said yes. Harsh says Abhi should reach hospital in time. Manjari says i don't need to take care of all these things. Ak will getup early and make him ready in time.
Harsh says abhi won't say it out but from inside he is feeling bad and depressed. Manjari says Abhi should be healed and I will do 108 Mangal ki vrat. Harsh says i too will do it manjari. You heard right i too will do vrat.
After their divorce they shed their toxic relationship and both are sharing their fears and opinions on kids this way. Harsh never accepted manjari with respect when she was wife. But now as mother of his kids he is sharing his love for his kid and positive hopes to heal him.
When Harsh enquired over phone regarding Abhis health manjari told she is doing Puja path and Harsh said i will find the doctor. Now as doctor has come they both are following Puja path together faith in God.
We will get worried Manju Harsh giving support strength to each other and holding ak during Abhis surgery.

Abhira are sleeping holding hands. Abhi is worried in sleep and pressed Ak hand in tension. He gets up in sleep. He says Ak if Kunal khera says my hand will never get healed, my nerves are damaged or window of surgery is done. Ak says we should not think negatively. She says you are happy before what happened to you. Ak makes him sleep in her lap holding him saying one night if it passes we will get happiness. She cools him .
Abhis fears are there as he lost hopes on his hand.He is not thinking as positive doctor but as a patient feared with the out comings. Ak is giving him positive help and motivation without getting him depressed.
Ak held phone one night to contact Kunal and abhi was little away on bed . He got nightmare that ak is leaving him. Today he is holding Ak hands and thinking if his hand. A little hand hold of ak away in sleep also he is more worried shows his deep love on Ak and bounded to her as soulmate.
Kunal is in Abhis room in hospital thinking I have promised not to enter a hospital but there might be God's plan in this too. Ak tells Abhi to go to Kunal to get good news. Ak is standing outside the room. Abhi is tested by Kunal and Rohan is there in. Ak is in tears praying kanhaji to make Abhi healthy and for that she can leave any small lovely thing of hers. I won't think anytime back to leave anything but please heal Abhi .
Harsh and Anand are in tension for Abhi and discussing their meetings .
Abhi knocks on door and tells Ak to clear her tears. Abhi is seeing Ak from door and Ak signs him towards Kunal. Harsh, Anand , Abhira , Kunal , Rohan are in room. Abhi is tense and Ak keeps her hand on his shoulder as support.

Kunal assures 99 percent chances of recovery of Abhis hand. And all are happy. Rest 1 percent he says your luck has to support you. I have seen much in OT after going it changes. So my experience says 99 percent. Abhi is super happy and hugs Kunal. He says your 99 is our 100. He says Abhi to be calm, without stress , composed and happy . He says he will do surgery after 4 days.
Kunal gives hopes to Abhi and Birlas happily, confidently.
Abhira hug each other in Abhis room as 99 percent success in surgery is told by Kunal. Abhi says after 4 days i can't believe. Ak gets a small cake to celebrate it. Abhi asks did you get before only. Ak says i know we will get positive results. Abhi cut cake with a scalpel . They both feed each other cake and enjoyed their hopes that way.
Ak is praying God selflessly asking him to recover Abhi by taking something from her. God is never that way snatches something to give another thing here. Ak selfless love is blessed by God granting her wishes.
Ak is selfish on Abhis love to heal him but selfless to take something from her. God is not selfish suits ak prayers.
Kunal knows God is different and Doctor is not equal to God . Man can try 99 percent and that 1 percent luck has to support.
When Abhi asked his capabilities to heal him he said proudly 99 percent. The old kunal miracle doctor is coming back with confidence in healing abhi.
What if some 1 percent luck of a failed patient made him back out from surgeries and didn't get confidence to heal anyone. This way his positive outlook again starts for healing patients.
Abhi and Kunal in room with Ak outside the room in glass doors shows the hopes stopped till now in their career for both and after she came in to the room confidence of both surgeons is back.
