Was there any lead to follow for him? After all they have a watsaap group names guts where they share a lot of Inside gossip and kjo knows every dynamics of their relationships. What he said about Saif being an absent father is absolute truth which is why sara was taken aback because she couldn't pretend everything to be hunky dory in front of him and said that she doesn't know how to answer this n that she can't say anything weird since her father is watching. But she talked a lot about spending a lot of time with her mother and brother multiple times but didnt say the same about her father except to say that he is just a phone call away.

Kareena said nothing much to defend Saif other than Saif sometimes going for a coffee with sara..i don't think it qualifies him to be an attentive and caring father coz that's not the only thing fathers are usually known to do for their kids. Kareena didn't elaborate how he is such a good of a father to his other kids except for that one coffee example coz there is nothing much to it when it comes to his relationship with sara. Karan didn't poke her further on the matter because being besties he gave her a chance to whitewash saif's image on the same show.

I am sorry but I don't think Saif gets to have a clean cheat solely based on kareena's statement. She will obviously defend him. What matters is how sara reacted to that question and her awkward reaction is enough to judge her bonding with her father.

Athough Karan was nasty to her and brought her energy down considerably in the show for asking her about her imperfect upbringing right after when they were happily and excitedly discussing the cameradie between her and jhanvi, he was right about said n deliberately chose to poke sara on saif's stepfatherly treatment towards her. He is close to kareena but not to Saif so he didn't care how he will come across to the viewers. I for some reason think he was being cheekily more nasty towards Saif than sara. There is a reason Karan is being called a snake....😆

Kareena was such a bore during rapid fire . I mean she hardly answered and seemed so over it.

Fine, if she isn’t interested she should just skip being a part of the show than being on it and not replying.

Absolutely Saif might be responsible and a good father to his sons but you can see that there is a bit of a gap between Saif and Sara. Probably because Sara was older when the divorce happened and could see and understand their relationship. Ibrahim was too young to have understood the messiness of his parents relationship.

Kareena will defend Saif, that is obvious.

Karan clearly mentioned that Ibrahim and Kareena had such a great relationship where he could randomly talk to her, while with Kareena it was more of Sara being a fan of Kareena the actor than anything.

It is obvious that they share a cordial relationship but nothing more compared to Kareena and Ibrahim who share a warmer relationship.

Probably Ibrahim is a more chilled out person who was too young when all the mess happened.

Also Ibrahim seems to be easily accepted and loved by the Pataudi than Sara. Example Sharmila when talking about her grandchildren said Ibrahim was the only one who looked and had the Pataudi genes. She also mentioned how Sara is mature and funny because of the way she talked about her dad. That is stupid because you only acknowledge a grand daughter because she said nice things about your son on national television

I think Saif was a good father till the divorce happened, the divorce was very messy and Saif lived a bachelor life for quite sometime before settling down with Kareena and was probably not involved in his children lives for a few years.

It is sad that Sara has to praise Saif and others just to be acknowledged and given basic attention while it is actually her basic right.

I loved the way she spoke about her strong bond with her mother and brother though.

Just the other day somebody posted an article about how Saif doesn't want kjo to launch Ibrahim so early giving most pathetic reasons. I am not sure what kind of father would ruin their own kids future. He sent sara away to study some stupid history subjects and delayed her bollywood dream by good many years instead of training her for bollywood where she ultimately desired to work and he is sabotaging his son's career in the same manner. I think he is opposite of a good father to his other kids.

So she thinks her genes are Pataudi genes? Coz Ibrahim looks like a male version of Soha who is a Punjabi version of Sharmila.

For insisting his kids get an education which could be a backup plan if *Bollywood* didn't work out? Success rate in movies is not that high. If Sara didn't have a degree, her other option would be to go the Esha Deol route and marry rich.

Frankly, if Saif insisted on his children going to college first, it makes him a normal desi dad. Life is not 3 Idiots where Papa is a cruel, unfeeling devil for wanting the child to be financially independent.

And kudos to Saif for making sure the daughter did the same as the son without just writing her off to marriage.

PS. I don't know if Saif actually acts like he cares about Sara. My response is to the quoted post.

Why not send her in acting school though ? Suhana went to one knowing she wanted to do bollywood..there are many other good opportunities in bollywood apart from acting which she could ve chosen as a second career option. Why history? What kind of high paying job do you think she woudve happily accepted after her supposedly failed bollywood career after learning history ?

Soha Ali khan also failed as bollywood actress but instead of looking for job in the field she graduated from, she is still doing two bits roles in web series😆
