Who knows how to read TRPs ie what’s off the charts vs terrible but in the real world such middling performance would warrant putting them on a performance plan with an ‘up or out’ path

BLAH2 though is in it’s own little duniya- stubbornly refusing to make sense and continually sinking to new lows

Don't have words to articulate how much I hate those scenes where no matter how and in what circumstance heroine slips she will straight up land diagonally in hero's arms and both of them will be cluelessly looking into each other's eyes . The lift scene and staircase falling was so so so forced.

In this same forum I had praised BALH2 so much for not going for cliché idiotic diagonal tripping romance 😭

Even when such scenes were shot it was so realistic and subtle . Like Priya tripping on the wedding day, and Ram instinctively getting hold of her hands. The scene where Ram and Priya were locked in Bri's washroom and Pri almost does skating on water and Ram firmly holds her hands, then there is a little bit of eyelock, I think it was kind of the start of their beautiful chemistry ..

But now what to say, exaggerated and forced falling, idiotic eyelocks for no reason , RaYa's chemistry has just drained off, there is nothing romantic or magical in their scenes anymore.

Couldn't agree more. I was a fan of OG Raya. Even a simple scene like just holding hands used to have so much significance, it was pure magic. Now what they have reduced the show to? Every scene between Raya looks so forced. How are they showing romance without clearing any MUs between them? Tbh, their MUs weren't minor like ki differences ki wajah se divorce ho gaya. A death and infidelity with a kid was involved. Something that kept them away for 5 years, cannot be erased just like that. If they were really so desperate about each other, they could have figured all that out much before. Now suddenly, getting physical with all MUs still in place doesn't make sense.

Like I said earlier, Priya 2.0 has been reduced to a pretty doll who lives in her own lalaland with her Prince charming and dream dress, has no concern for anyone's feelings! And to think of Priya 1.0 was more financially stable than she is now, but she remained simple. Now she has literally no money, but she is dressed up even when she wakes up in the morning! Talk about being realistic. And I don't see her being given any important scenes or lines even, she has the same monologues all the time! Never promoting lies, always standing behind truth, being practical and no nonsense; that was the OG Priya whom I admired!

BALH 2.0 post leap has been everything that pre leap was not (except for the villain count), it has been reduced to a typical EK serial with that Dori romance, stairs falling scene etc. etc. They should have known who their target audience was when the serial started, they weren't performing on the Television, but atleast they were at the top charts when it came to online ratings. With this pathetic writing, they couldn't attract new audience on TV which was anyways not their crowd and at the same time lost their online audience who they clearly know have no patience for this crap that is shown!

I totally agree! It's not as if they don't have a huge fandom that they are not getting the correct feedback. Fans are rallying since eternity to give proper conversation to leads, give lesser screen space to the vamps, show more positivity and less of MUs and negative tracks; but it seems that these writers are delusional. First time I am seeing a fandom which doesn't even want lollipop scenes, because they know how brilliant actors NM and DP are, we want emotional scenes not rushed out & forced romantic scenes!

They have no wish to save their serial. Why are they unable to take audience's feedback when they know that the people are crazy about the leads? To be honest, except for the Amusement part wala week, never I have seen in this show a track about Raya & just them alone. I have seen more of Nandini, Vedika & Sara in this show than the so called leads. I have never seen any serial before where the show gives so little importance to the leads! And side actors ko dikhaana tha toh Ram ke friends ko hi dikha lete, everyone loved Adi and Brinda, but nahi, they conveniently removed Brinda pre-leap whenever she could have easily solved a MU and brought her back after the leap when she has been reduced to nothing!

I wish the OG BALH writers wrote this season too! It would have been beautiful with NaSha's magic! These writers could never exploit the full potential of these brilliant actors!

RAYA romance now is so forced and not at all appealing.

The original magic, to which we all got hooked, is lost completely due to unnecessary stretching of MU.
