Anupamaa Live Update and Daily Discussion Thread 02 Aug 2022

In yesterday's epi Anu asked Anuj to give her 2 minutes to say goodbye to the ladies of this house but the 2 minutes goodby lasted for 32 minutes.

Kinjal says that she can't manage without Anu in this house so Anu should keep coming to this house. Anu calmed Kinjal by saying to talk to her unborn child when Kinjal feels lonely. She said that when Pakhi was in her womb she got an opportunity to visit USA. But she rejected as she was pregnant. She was depressed so she used to talk to Pakhi and Pakhi used to give her courage. She says that if tomorrow Pakhi rips out her heart from her chest, her heart will still be concerned for Pakhi. She then hugs Pakhi tightly. Pakhi fists her hands and gives a disgusted look.

Now let's come to Akhri Alvida, the most touching one:

Anu looking straight in to V's eyes says to him that one day she will forgive him for all his mistakes but Kanhaji will never forgive him. She says that she has anger towards him but will never let that anger destroy this house. She says that V may have never put her name in this home's nameplate but the her name is etched in the soul of this house and can never be erased. And before leaving in total swag she says to him, " Kya Pata Phir Se Kanha Ji Meri Ungli Pakaar Ke Iss Ghar Mein Le Aye Aur Mein Aphi Ki Tarah Apse Bolu Anupamaaa is bek."

Precap: Anu leaves with Choti Anu and Anuj. She has a nervous breakdown inside the car. Bapuji curses Shah house to never see the light of happiness and hope.

While seeing today's episode I remembered a scene from the original. There Anupama shifted to Anuj's house few days before marriage. When her daughter questioned her why she left her own house to live with another man, she said that even after dedicating her soul to that house for 26 years that house never became hers even for a second but only in these few days each corner of this house has welcomed her. She said love can make a house a home but it's respect that makes a home a heaven.

Wish BV took some inspiration from the original. At least copy entire scene and dialogue if your brain is frozen.

I never watched the original show because what i heard about its track i found it more regressive and slow than hindi version. But yes few of its scenes and dialogues were praise worthy. There the fl had courage to say that shah house never gave her respect but here our fl keeps singing praises to shah house. Why this woman cant even once call that toxic place as pinjra, i dont get it, its frustrating. In original once baa had to beg fl and even touch her feet to persuade her to come back but here i am sure baa will just sneez and anupama will come running on her own with cold n cough medicine.

The OG is a masterpiece in front of this one. And the Anuj in OG is just pure love. No dents/taints in his character ever. I am eternally grateful to Leena Gangopadhyay for that. And there the FL has expressed immense love and gratitude to Anuj after her marriage with him.
