I just saw this clip. Why didn't DP hug her mother-in-law here? She hugged Ritika (Her sister-in-law) instead and left, even though the mother-in-law was eager to hug.

I think it’s combination of Mahesh not necessarily being a great dad, KJo finally finding someone who will listen to him the way SRK, Kareena, Kajol etc didn’t, and him providing Alia with the career opportunities that she very well knew her family’s production never could. He’s making her career and she’s stoking his ego and controlling tendencies. Didn’t he mention in his book that once he gets interested in mentoring someone he wants a say in every aspect of their lives down to how they should dress? He might have exaggerated things in his book, but I think he does enjoy the power he has over Alia and the knowledge that he’s made her.

BW's all powerful fraternity is shook coz of all big films turning out to be greatest flops..Shamshera is causing a meltdown..

They understand public isn't in awe of them anymore..and now it's come to a point where people like KJo don't give a damn about their image..it's already gone down the drain. Itne abuses milte hai isko, he is called out so many times..it gets to u till a point and then u stop caring

this also sounds like Ranbir-Alia’s relationship. She acts like a fan girl around him and he gloats.

Poor girl, she’s so out of touch with reality and has three toxic men in her life: Mahesh-KJO-Ranbir, the worst of the worst. I actually feel sorry for her, for the first time. She’s never experience true happiness.

She’s reaching out to both of them and holding both their hands while kissing their cheeks. I think because her SIL was closer to the where the camera is their kiss is more visible.

I don't understand why people are frustrated if Karan loves dearly someone. Liking and loving someone is good and positive thing...I am glad he has someone in his life.
