Yeah this seems to be psychological. I was just gonna say that. It’s most probable that he sees himself in Alia. Alia was also over weight. Plus people tend to be with similar people and Alia too looks down upon others and always in competition mode which is same how Karan is.

Something didn't turn up the way he had expected hence he's frustrated. It's either the fire at Luv Ranjan's Ranbir film that had given him the bad omen about Bramhastra, or the thanda response of the Liger Jodi's episode along with the thanda response Liger contents have been getting.
