I think they were on the verge of getting married and that's why he openly admitted there is someone in his life when sajal teased him.

He also seems to be overly close to his family like Usama but his family don't come off as conservative as usama's.

I heard bilal mother used to follow Ramsha. But after break up she put that story :(
