I don't think so. His family clearly knew he was dating ramsha. Apparently ramsha is his sister's friend as well and the 2nd video GL made on them were about ramsha sending flowers to bilal's mother on mother's day. It got noticed because Bilal's mother put that in her story.

I think they were on the verge of getting married and that's why he openly admitted there is someone in his life when sajal teased him.

He also seems to be overly close to his family like Usama but his family don't come off as conservative as usama's.
