Imlie has learnt nothing from her past. Not one inch of growth in her character. When she left AKT she needed Aryan to stand up tall and find a direction in life. She was too young then and thats why it was understandable and welcome that she found a mentor When she left Aru, she has again just been living aimlessly, destroying her own potential and career, hiding in her village when she has the talent to make it in the city .....and for what? The narrative is so badly written. 5 yrs have passed and that is the fact we have to accept. Aryan shouldnt be self sabotaging for so long without his family getting him to stop, Imlie should have gotten a job and make some stability for herself and been shown strong with some practicality. But no. She is bringing her so called beloved Cheeni into dangerous situations and behaving like a victim who got damaged by two city men instead of even once reflecting on her own mistakes. God forbid she loses Cheeni just like she lost her own kid by allowing openly known enemies into her own home! I mean 5yrs should be enough time for her to grow a brain but nope.

Its totally unbelievable that no one could find Imlie in 5 yrs in her own village. What nonsense. She wasnt even hiding. Who the hell is writing this stuff! Atleast they could have said that Malini found Imlie was in PD and she used to send goons after her but Imlie beat them up everytime! That at least would make more sense!

Then are making Imlie look like a weak victim who ran away from her potential when it was her own choice to run away and not fight for her marriage. I am not even raising the angle of "chosing akt's child over her own marriage" which all trp aunties will never digest. Atleast if you go that way make her look angry for the words Aryan said and give her some ego to protect her dignity. But she looks like a kicked puppy cum lifeless doll doing action stunts that dont even pay her well!

The writers are just unbothered to show any growth, but they keep on making the characters stick to unhealthy patterns with no self awareness, both Imlie and Aryan. Honestly if I was caring for a 5yr kid and found that my ex was into dangerous risky aggression and self harm I would immediately ban them from coming anywhere near me or my kid until they got some counselling! What Aryan is shown to be doing so very selfish and unhealthy that I am completely disappointed in the writers.

They have just made him look like a person who cannot find some happiness on his own even after 5yrs. Thats not the kind of person who can give unconditional love. Thats the kind of person who latches on to the first ray of sunshine they see in a person and make themselves totally reliant on the partner for their own joy.

They are trying to show that both leads cannot live healthy lives without each other. And that just looks so alarming to me. Partners learn and grow with each other. Separation does not mean becoming a shell. But thats the wrong message itv writers are giving here. That sort of a thing works for a leap of 6months -1 yr not a leap of 5 bloody long years!

How am I supposed to root for romance when I cannot connect to the FL at all! How is it even possible Aryan did not once find out where Imlie is or check up on her in 5 yrs. He cant sit still without worrying about her well being and I am supposed to believe he didnt send anyone to tail her after she left him after he had calmed down! Thats so out of his character. Romance has meaning only when backed up by a good characters and meaningful narrative. It need not be complicated but it needs to make one connect emotionally to both parties!

Dude 😘 summers are so tough. Everybody comes out of the woodworks plus kids activities are killing me.
Yaar Aryan and Imlie are so in charachter. All the traits of Imlie that Aru fell in love are still there. And so are his traits. Tragedy has made them amplified. He just couldn’t handle it when her traits that he loved her for impacted him. They are both wrong to blame each other. But Aru is delusional for asking her to leave. I mean our boi couldn’t eat or sleep when she wasn’t around him. He counted mins and hours.

She is like a dead man walking too. Writers haven’t shown us her pain but look at the way sumbul is walking around. Like a zombie. They both have a death wish. He fights. She puts herself In danger but has to live for this lil girl. Who is adorable btw.

I am so excited for this track. Hope they take it easy. Don’t rush through things and keep it simple.

Aaru ki eyesight weak hogayi hai......how can he not recognize his junglee when he passed her, especially road was empty and only person running in opposite direction and then in rear mirror when she was driving scooter.

They made SK retake shot so many times that they didnt realize her clothes were soil in few shots even before car passed by🤣

Malidi is biggest fool, she knows Imlie is in PD. Apne pair par khud kulhadi maard by waking sleeping lion by instigating against PD .....

yaar I get you. To be honest A couple of other reasons for disappearing were the godawful writing and plot line with bd bm and slo mo jo. and also was the negativity and just the beating everybody was giving Imlie. I understand Imlie and can empathize with her. Aryan fell in love with Imlie and all her craziness. (Minus the mahanta giri which is irritating) and so did I. I want to enjoy the show, make fun of it in good humor, make fun of the writing. That’s all. It seems like we are getting back to that. And summers are slowly ending so life is a bit manageable. So I am trying to be back.

I love the current storyline and am excited for their interactions.

As expected CVS will lack on execution on the both the sides. They're behaving totally out of character, understand they lost their baby but on five years like you said people will progress and grow, when they met first time they're self destructive on their own way but found ray of sunshine on EO now again went to self destructive and living like dead people's so what they learnt from past?? She came to city to full fill her dreams, she indeed worked on good publishing company and earned quite well experience so why can't she work on city even with a kid ?? Whether she lives city or village as a individual she is a strong person who knows to handle things well. When she was struggling on night homeless, he kept her for rent, when she left his home he make sure she get accomodation on ashram now he didn't even know where she lives and didn't contact Meethi to know about her whereabouts?? It's out of his character.

By showing all these they're trying to justify the seperation but hardly people connect with leads and story.
